We offer fixed price to take your matter from pre-contract to settlement.
Your entire matter can be conducted online, should that be more convenient for you.
Your matter will be handled by a Solicitor and not a conveyancer or clerk. We can therefore provide legal advice, Solicitors certificates and prevent issues before they arise. Even if you don’t choose us, we recommend using a solicitor rather than a conveyancer for such a significant transaction.
At the conclusion of your matter, we offer a FREE, no obligation, consultation to discuss your Will and Estate Planning. It is important to take advantage of this as you have just purchased a major asset, and for most incurred a large debt too, so it’s vital to consider updating your Will and powers of attorney.

Of course when you are working out your finances remember that you will need to pay government charges such as fees. Also be aware of the charges your bank may charge to discharge the mortgage.
If the property that you are selling has an Owners Corporation, there will be a further $160 for each Owners Certificate.
